I center on an integrative, holistic approach, incorporating the practices of internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness and meditation, acceptance and commitment, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

focus on creating inner balance and harmony through exploring and integrating all of the different parts within you and developing and deepening a trusting connection with yourself to be present with life and others in a more authentic way.
