My approach is eclectic, but goal-oriented. Each session might look different as we incorporate new evidence-based interventions and cater to your needs in the here-and-now. My goal is that you are getting what you want and need out of therapy.

Establish boundaries, develop coping skills, identify individual strengths, set goals to work towards, modify behaviors, discuss difficult topics, talk about the past, and create a therapeutic space that you feel safe, secure, and comfortable in.
