I use a combination of therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (including Trauma-Focused CBT) and mindfulness. CBT is an effective approach to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns that keep us stuck in old habits.

start a healing journey. We will discuss difficult emotions and ways to cope with life's challenges. I will provide a safe emotional space to explore and process challenging topics, such as trauma, anxiety, life transitions and grief.
I specialize in working with people who:
are experiencing stress and anxiety, or are ready to process the effects of trauma. I am also equipped to help those who have experienced severe trauma, including Complex PTSD, and are ready to start the path forward.
