I have availability Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm.
My clients describe me as:
Compassionate, open-minded, supportive, relatable and warm while still getting into the nitty gritty of it all.
Something to know about my approach is:
Reviewing challenges and successes, processing difficult events, and working on inner dialogue are all valuable ways to promote personal growth and well-being. Using art and writing can also be powerful tools for self-expression and reflection.
Together, we will:
Build a trusting relationship to embark on the healing journey together. We will discuss relationships with others and yourself, things little and big that may be weighing on you. We will process events from the past, and current life stressors
I specialize in working with people who:
Experience stress and burnout at work or home, who are looking to identify and explore emotions and how they impact your life, someone who has interest in working on communication, regulating emotions, and exploring their relationships and themselves
I became a therapist because:
I became a therapist to help people help themselves, to help empower your voice and quiet the ones that no longer serve you.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
There is great access to parking. The office is a shared space with a kitchen, waiting room, with plenty of color and art and reading material.
More about me and my practice:
My intentions are to empower you in this process, to act as a witness and at times a guide on this healing journey. I use art, mindfulness, writing, and trauma adapted yoga in my practice. I use a variety of approaches to meet you where you are.
