My approach is a combination of CBT and strength based. As your guide we bring awareness on how thoughts and emotions influence our behaviors and how we can implement our strengths to essentially flip the script on how we treat ourselves and others.

Improve stress management, self esteem, and relationships. As your guide we can work to uncover you automatic reactions to stressors, why you might respond in that way and how you can begin to respond in a way that leads you where you want to be..

Have experienced life changes, are struggling with stress or struggle with communication in relationships. I also specialize in building positive self image and exploring the root of behaviors in past experiences.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to be able to help people improve their awareness of their behaviors in order to be able to become the best person of themselves.

I offer tele-mental health services via video. This allows you to fit therapy sessions into your schedule without worrying about an extra commute.
