Rapport and safety is at the heart of any good therapy. I have been described as easy-going, empathic, connected, curious, and caring.
My approach as a therapist is to be warm, honest, creative, transparent, and motivating. I listen to what’s being said, as well as what is not said, and my experience taught me that clients are the expert on themselves.
Once we have trust, we work on the fastest but most effective way to help you feel better. We start by identifying what is distressing you the most, and then develop goals of what you would like to come away with.
