Therapy with me is a good mixture of talking through things, hearing my reflections and then doing some problem solving together. I will teach skills at times and ask you to practice between sessions.

Discuss what is most relevant to you and your life. You will set the pace of therapy and we will create goals together. I will monitor your progress throughout therapy, always checking back in with you. You'll walk away with new insights and skills.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, PTSD symptoms, and relationship problems. I also work with children and adolescents with behavioral and emotion regulation concerns.
I became a therapist because:
I truly believe mental health is just as important as any other form of health and it is time that people are taught the skills to care for both.
