I work M-F. My first sessions start at 9am and my last at 6pm.
My clients describe me as:
I am a compassionate and easy to talk to person in my day to day life and in therapy. I have always had an ability to truly connect with people.
Something to know about my approach is:
I have a laid back therapy style, and I will challenge you at times. We will talk through things and then, together, do some real problem solving. I'll ask you to practice skills/set goals between sessions and always welcome honest feedback!
Together, we will:
Discuss what is most relevant to you and your life. We will identify ways for you to manage stress, find what makes you feel happy and learn more effective ways to communicate your needs with others (parents, friends, teachers, bosses, etc.).
I specialize in working with people who:
Are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and depressed. My clients are often feeling stuck and need tangible ideas and solutions to the challenges they are facing. I work with children, teens, adults and families. My Practice serves a diverse population.
I became a therapist because:
I love listening to people and helping others who need support. I believe mental health is just as important as any other form of health.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
At Glacier, there is a team of clinicians happy to see you showing up for yourself. We often treat families and work collaboratively with one another.
More about me and my practice:
I truly love love what I do and so does every member of my team. We prioritize our own self-care and relationships so that we can be the best version of ourselves for our clients. You will feel that when you are working with any Glacier therapist.
