Jennifer Harrington

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through connection. When clients feel understood and empowered they are then equipped to navigate life's challenges. I enjoy engaging with clients through a multifaceted approach which includes Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths- Based, and EFT Tapping.

Together , we will work on forming a deep, empathic and genuine therapeutic relationship. I use various therapeutic modalities to ensure a safe and warm environment where anyone can explore their feelings.

I am a supportive, compassionate, honest without being judgmental , and a collaborative therapist who loves her job!

I specialize working with teens and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, women's issues, and parenting support. I also provide therapy for the neurodivergent population.

I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to understanding people's stories and helping them find meaning, healing, and hope in their experiences.
