I specialize in working with individuals who have substance use issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, mood disorders, coping skills, etc. I have a criminal justice background and can provide NYS Impaired Drivers Assessment.

I became a therapist because:

I know what its like to feel helpless, hopeless, afraid, and just tired. Everyone needs help at some point in life. There is hope and are miracles.
