I specialize in working with people who struggle with PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance use, and life transitions. I also work with people who are looking for identity exploration, including but not limited to LGBTQ and racial identities.

I became a therapist because:

Because of my childhood friends who struggled with severe mental health obstacles. Nothing ever made me feel as fulfilled as helping those in need.

I offer therapy via telehealth, which allows you either the comfort of your own home or the convenience to go wherever you need to be.
