I offer virtual therapy services in New York State. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling using Internal Family Systems Theory (IFS), Person-Centered, Realtional, Psychodynamic, & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Based on how our relationship develops, I will pull from these theories to best support our work together depending on your needs.

Through these modalities, we can help you stand authentically in your story, in all of its parts, and feel empowered in continuing it. Sharing your life with a stranger can feel vulnerable, risky, and uncertain. My goal is to help you feel, heard, seen, and empowered in the counseling space so that I can meet you where you are and help you attain your goals

I specialize in supporting young adults and college students struggling with trauma, C-PTSD, interpersonal concerns, and anxiety.

I think understanding our own stories is deeply important to having a stronger sense of self, recovering from trauma, and thriving in life transitions. My own therapist in college was foundational in my mental health journey and I hope to be there for other young adults.

I will provide you with a 20 minute free consultation on Zoom or over the phone to learn more about you and determine if we are a good fit for eachother. I will also let you know your insurnace coverage and financial responsibility for care on that call. From there, we will decide on session cadence and set goals for your care moving forward.
