    that it tends to be interactive. Together, we can unweave the expectations and the "shoulds" that you are feeling to find the path that is right for you. We can explore coping, boundaries, and your emotional world to find understanding and healing.

    Sort through feelings and thoughts, and find ways that feel good for you to live the life you want. We will explore how feelings impact us, and learn new ways of coping and moving through the world. We will work to move from self doubt to trust.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

    who grew up with challenging family relationships; attachment trauma; codependency; and people with internalized messages of doubt or not being "good enough." Many of the people I work with have substance use and/or mental illness in their families.

  • I became a therapist because:

    I know how hard it is when you don't feel emotionally safe. I wanted to be a part of creating acceptance for healing.

    I strive to help people feel understood, and to help them gain the skills to navigate their lives and their emotions with more confidence. I hope that in working together, you will find some emotional relief and move towards healing.
