I help thoughtful, self-aware adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety and self-criticism develop a more compassionate and grounded relationship with themselves. When we cultivate compassion, curiosity, and courage, we create space to understand our emotions, trust our instincts, and build lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling.

Together, we will work to understand your emotional patterns, build skills for regulation and communication, and reconnect with your inner voice so you can move through life with greater clarity and authenticity. Over time we'll identify what feels most important to work on, and building a shared understanding of what growth might look like for you.

I am curious, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I'm passionate about this work because I believe meaningful change begins when we learn to relate to ourselves differently. My approach is collaborative and holistic. I want to build a trusting relationship with you and hear your story, the parts of it YOU want to share.
