Cultural identity and family of origin issues, anxiety, stress, excessive worry and rumination, depression, perfectionism, procrastination, unhealthy relationship patterns, codependency, grief and loss, addictive patterns, and spiritual/faith issues.

I became a therapist because:

I found so much healing and self-understanding through my own journey of therapy and support groups, that I felt called to bring the same for others.

I am fluent in Cantonese and English, and I also speak Mandarin.
