I believe in the idea of "any modality it takes". Everyone's different & it would be unwise to think that one speciality would work for all areas. I specialize in Supportive, Client-Centered, REBT, CBT, ABA, EMDR and Solution Based forms of therapy.

I specialize in working with people who:

I provide support for adults, adolescents, kids, couples, families, and groups. I am an Ally for inclusivity regarding race, religion, ability, gender, sexuality, body type, and age. I also have experience working with Neurodivergent individuals.

I became a therapist because:

I began to see mental health illness in its many forms and I sought to fully understand therapy. Now, it is my goal to help erase the stigmas of MHI.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy 100% remotely, which does enable me to work with a wide range of individuals who may not be able to attend in-person due to lifestyle.
