Some clients like having open conversations, while others prefer more structure and practical tools to help them reach their goals. Either way, we’ll work together to find what fits best for you.

Progress isn’t always a straight line & there will be tougher moments. We’ll navigate them one session at a time, while also celebrating the small wins along the way, because those matter just as much.
