My approach is pretty simple: I want you to feel comfortable being honest with me, even when things feel complicated. I'll listen without judgment, ask questions that help you look at things differently, and help you find a way forward that feels realistic for you.

Together, we'll figure out what's getting in the way of the life you want and what you can do differently. We'll make sense of the patterns that keep showing up, build on what's already working, and find practical ways to handle the things that feel overwhelming, stuck, or out of your control.

My clients describe me as easy to talk to, down to earth, honest, and non-judgmental. I'm not going to sit back and nod while you do all the talking, but I'm also not going to tell you how you should live your life. I'll meet you where you are and help you figure out where you want to go.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. I especially enjoy working with young adults navigating major life transitions, as well as people dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship challenges. I became a therapist because I've always been interested in what makes people tick and what helps people change. Over the years, I've seen how powerful it can be to have someone who will genuinely listen, challenge you when needed, and help you make sense of what you're going through.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker in private practice focused on making therapy feel straightforward and useful. I work with adults who want to understand themselves better and make meaningful changes. Outside of work, I'm a husband and dad who values keeping life, and therapy, simple and real.
