I love working from a person-centered, mindfulness-based approach while using various techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, strength-based and play therapy. Therapy is a unique journey.

Anxiety; panic attacks, social & situational, college/work-related stressors, hyperacusis, infertility issues (new diagnosis & next steps), life adjustments (changes in health, career, moving, loss of independence), & elderly-related issues.

I am currently only offering online/phone sessions. This allows for secure therapy sessions from the comfort and safety of your home during Covid-19.
