I specialize in supporting clients navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), sexual health and intimacy concerns, problematic porn use, executive functioning challenges, racial and cultural identity, and LGBTQ+ identity.

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to move through the world holding stories, identities, and experiences that haven’t always been understood or validated. Growing up Puerto Rican and gay in NYC, I learned early on how invisible you can feel when no one truly sees you. I wanted to create a space for others where people can feel seen.
