There is a fine line between blaming ourselves for for everything and accepting the influence we have over our situations. I help identify decisions you might have made without realizing as a means of empowering you and helping you see your options.

Together, we will:

Identify how the person you want to be is different from the person that you are now, and figure out what is reasonable to expect from yourself. We'll use my outside perspective to introduce new variables to the rut you might find yourself in.

I specialize in working with people who:

find themselves having a hard time learning from their mistakes, and questioning their ability to grow and change. People who feel like they're using all of their energy just to survive and don't know where they'll find the strength to make a change.

I became a therapist because:

I find people to be endlessly interesting, and helping them to change and grow reinforces my belief in the potential we all have.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy on nights and weekends, which makes me uniquely available for those who may have trouble with inflexible 9-5 schedules.

More about me and my practice:

I am currently an intern working under the supervision of Mike Evers, LMHC. In my spare time, I love to run, play video games, and cook, and I frequently find myself using metaphors from these hobbies in my counseling.
