My clients describe me as:
We're going to get into the messy stuff and it will feel both incredibly uncomfortable, yet comforting to be in a space that welcome all of you!
Something to know about my approach is:
I am constantly aware of how all "the things"- combine to inform how we move through the world. I invite you to explore how structural, political, institutional and cultural isms intersect with your history to form your story.
Together, we will:
In our work together, I will help you learn to speak your truth, even when it feels scary. Through our work together, you will discover what it feels like to be seen and heard in all your boldness and define womanhood and motherhood on your terms!
I specialize in working with people who:
I work with women who are questioning what it means for them to be a woman, as they navigate the cultural weight of motherhood. YOU get to define your story and what makes you unapologetically you. Your identity is layered and uniquely yours.
I became a therapist because:
I am a therapist to provide a space for people to be seen and heard- and live in their authenticity unapologetically.
More about me and my practice:
I am a maternal health specialist. I work with women experiencing prenatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, infertility, pregnancy loss or termination, and questions of identity-as they add mother into who they are.
