I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I make it a priority to be knowledgable with a variety of techniques and approaches. Primarily I work on helping clients develop skills to live a life worth living and to reduce the impacts of various disorders.

Primarily we will work on the here and now, meaning we will work to address how past experiences impact our lives today. I will also help you develop skills to regulate emotions, be more mindful of our thought processes, and interpersonal skills.

Above all else, I am a caring and safe person to be around. I strive to provide a safe space for all clients and focus on building rapport early on.

I specialize working with the LGBTQ population, as a gay man I am aware of the struggles that come with this population and train staff who work with me to be LGBTQ affirmative as well. I also work with couples who experience a variety of concerns.

After years of my own mental health battles, and struggles of being gay in the 90's and early 2000's. Being there for those who need support!

As a therapist I strive to build a practice with LGBTQ affirmative therapists and being able to support a wide variety of clients from various backgrounds.
