My approach is collaborative first and foremost. It's important for me to meet clients where they are, and to draw from various eclectic approaches. Mindfulness techniques, as well as using art and/or writing often support the opportunity to check in with oneself, and allows for communication with intuitive parts that can remain hidden.

We will share space, and cultivate a sense of safety and support so that we can safely explore who you are. We will explore your goals, and dreams and tap into your strengths and inner resources to address the barriers that may be getting in the way.

My clients would describe me as intuitive, and patient. The Rogerian ideal of creating a non-directive, supportive, and non-judgmental space to provide empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard is important. That may look different, and it may entail being challenged in your ways of thinking, and patterns in a supportive encouraging environment.
