In my opinion our childhood has everything to do with who we believe we get to be. When we learn how to process our unresolved feelings, we feel free and unstuck. I work to help clients build a sense of self and feel good about who they are.

The goal of therapy is to feel whole again, the work will include learning how to build strong relationship, set boundaries and feel connected. Will help clients feel stronger by helping them begin to be in touch with their feelings and others.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with clients between the ages of 21 and 65 yrs old. I help clients work through their feelings of sadness and anxiety. I help clients build a strong sense of self so they can feel confident to pursue their goals and have healthy relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I personally know what it is to heal yourself (life long journey), I want to share that insight to help others learn how to heal and be happy.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I'm in the heart of NYC Murray Hill. My physical space is on 34th in Park Avenue. I also offer a remote option as well.

More about me and my practice:

I have a Doctorate Degree in Education and Masters in Social Work. I also have 3 years of Psychoanalytic Training and 2 years Couple Therapy training. I believe we all have the power to heal ourselves and reach for our dreams.
