My practice is anchored in an individualized treatment approach for each of my patients. This includes psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and when indicated, medication management. My goal is to create a collaborative space where folks can gain insight, build resilience, and make meaningful change in their lives.

My approach varies depending on your needs, but incorporates elements of psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and interpersonal, solution-focused modalities. My goal is to understand each patient’s unique experiences and goals in service of providing a rich and meaningful experience in their treatment

I specialize in working with people who are introspective, and sometimes as a result, harder on themselves than anyone else. Folks who work well with me are often accomplished, but struggle with self-criticism, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from their work and relationships. My goal is to help you feel more engaged, authentic, and fulfilled.

I became a doctor, and specifically, a psychiatrist, because I’m drawn both to healing the body and the mind. I'm interested in understanding people at a deeper, more nuanced level; what drives them, what gets in their way, and what helps them feel better. I truly value the opportunity to help people feel more engaged and fulfilled in their lives.
