I specialize in working with adults and teens who experience anxiety, depression, grief and loss, substance use, eating disorders, and trauma. I work with people as they navigate relational anxieties and struggles of all kinds.

My work is based on relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, but incorporates IFS, DBT, and motivational interviewing.

I help parents who are navigating a child change, as they come to understand their child and themselves in new ways. Before entering private practice, I worked with high schoolers, in research, and at an HIV/AIDS service organization.
