seem to have it all together on the outside, but may struggle internally with thoughts, feelings, expectations/responsibilities. I work with clients experiencing challenges with relationships, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, & life transitions.

I became a therapist because:

mental health IS health. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be seen and heard AND to heal and grow.
