My style is active, collaborative, and playful. My approach is relational and psychodynamic while rooted in compassion and mindful non-violent communication. I offer a non-hierarchical space where intellectual curiosity and emotional exploration support one another.

Together we will uncover patterns, build insight, & cultivate sustaining emotional well-being. We will work with the past and the present, the intergenerational, the cultural, and the global pressures that impact you daily. Using compassionate evidence-based care we will change and grow together.
