I work with a relational, holistic approach using trauma-informed techniques from EFT, IFS and Gestalt Therapy to help clients access their thinking and feeling self, connect their mind and their body, and integrate their passion and their purpose.

Explore past and future while rooted in the here and now as we get to know the parts of your multi-faceted inner world; the strong, resilient parts, the angry, grieving, overly-critical parts and the neglected parts longing to be seen and heard.

I specialize in working with people who:

feel disconnected from themselves, others, their creative process or struggle with perfectionism. I also have expertise working with those coming out of insular religious or social communities who are exploring or deconstructing their spirituality.

I have experienced the profound impact that the therapeutic process can create for myself and feel fulfilled helping others create their own healing.

My office is centrally located in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. I also offer tele-health sessions for those in CA, NY, NJ and FL.
