Spend time history taking and getting to know what your current issues and needs are. We then discuss treatment planning and whether you want a traditional track or accelerated track. I'm not afraid to talk about all topics no matter how "taboo".

I offer virtual therapy with weekend hours available. I am flexible with time spent in therapy with you, meaning you can receive more time to heal.

I offer therapy intensives which is a fancy word for extended therapy sessions. Using an accelerated approach to healing, we can get years worth of traditional talk therapy accomplished in a few months or even days depending on your needs.
