My approach is centered on you, my client. Depending on what brings you to therapy, together we will create a plan for moving forward. I use a combination of therapy approaches including CBT, Exposure, EMDR & others but is all focused on your needs.

We will explore whatever is getting in your way of living your life the way you want to and feeling fulfilled. You will learn to feel empowered to help you be able to handle anything life throws at you in the future, even after therapy is completed.
