I work from the assumption that you are the expert on your own experience, and we will walk together towards a recovery that feels right for you. I'm trained in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and have experience working with eating disorders.
Together, we will:
figure out what’s getting in the way of your healing journey, and work together to overcome obstacles, set appropriate boundaries, and practice self-compassion.
I specialize in working with people who:
struggle with eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.
