Informal yet therapeutic. I facilitate a very nurturing environment for clients to be themselves and reach their goals.
Something to know about my approach is:
That it is best described as relaxed but very goal oriented. My main focus is to explore the goals of the client and create a collaborative relationship which holds both therapist and client accountable.
Together, we will:
discuss the person that the client is currently, who they were in the past, and what their aspirations are to become in the future. Understanding all three of these elements are crucial in promoting long term success.
I specialize in working with people who:
struggle to manage their anxiety. When someone is in the grips of their anxiety, the world can feel very big and unsafe. My role as a therapist is to aid the client tap into their full potential and to cope with the ups and downs life has to offer.
I became a therapist because:
I am an advocate for mental health and I believe that any and everyone can benefit from reaching out. .
