I respect the journey you’ve traveled to get to my office. It’s likely been a hard road. Sometimes people think their trauma isn't "big" enough, but that's not true. If you're carrying heavy emotions that've knocked you off balance, you deserve help.

Reclaim the life you were meant to have all along. We'll dive in with deep therapy, EMDR, & attachment work to overcome the obstacles getting in your way. You're not alone in this.

I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with PTSD, complex PTSD, and/or grief, and the anxiety, depression, and all the other hard stuff that comes with trauma. My focus is working with adult survivors of rape, sexual assault, child abuse, and other betrayals, and violence.

I became a therapist because:

Trauma work is so important. It is a privilege to help clients find the happiness that all of us deserve.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My building has an amazing coffee shop across the street. But there's always a long line, so, that stinks.
