I invest just as much in every session as my clients. I believe in the strength and resiliency in all of us and I love helping my clients get what they want out of life and build more peaceful, connected relationships with themselves and with others.

I am warm, accepting and non-judgmental. I am able to make my clients feel fully seen and understood, and yet also challenge them.

I specialize in working with people who get stuck in anxious thought patterns, whether struggling with health anxiety, or obsessive compulsive disorder, or generalized worries that weigh them down on a daily basis as well as parents of anxious kids.
