In my work, I begin by helping clients understand how their mental health may be showing up in their bodies through psychoeducation and grounding strategies. From there, we move into behavioral activation—taking small, meaningful steps toward change and self-trust.

Once my clients feel more regulated and safe within themselves, we can explore the deeper layers: the why. Together, we uncover the root causes of distress, always at a pace that honors their readiness and resilience. My ultimate goal is to help clients feel empowered to face life’s challenges with clarity, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of hope.

My clients often tell me that I bring a calm, grounding energy into the room. They describe me as someone who truly listens, who helps them feel seen and safe enough to open up, even when the emotions feel heavy or confusing.
