I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which informs how I think about clients and mental health issues. I often draw from mindfulness approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and various techniques used to heal trauma.

We will build a strong therapeutic relationship and identify issues and target behaviors that you want to address in therapy. We will also establish and agree on treatment goals to create a road map to achieve the outcomes you want.
I specialize in working with people who:
I work with women who are everything to everyone and yet can't identify one positive thing about themselves. They often report having difficulty coping with their emotions, struggle in their relationships, and a have a negative view of themselves.
I became a therapist because:
I really love getting to know people and hearing their stories, as I have witnessed heartbreak and setbacks, as well as triumphant successes.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I have a well worn and comfy love seat most people choose to sit on. It's the most comfortable seat in my office.
