Struggle with life challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, workplace stress, substance use, self-esteem, identity issues, women's issues, and self harm.

I became a therapist because:

I am passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

my dog, Allie who is usually present in my home office. I also have lots of plants that bring me joy!

I am married and have 1 child. We relocated from NYC to NC 3.5 years ago, and I absolutely love NC! JAM Counseling Services stands for the first initial of each family member as I wanted something unique.
