About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

    Engaging, authentic, supportive

  • Something to know about my approach is:

My hope is that our work together will lower your anxiety, help you get unstuck and find your motivation and motion in life again. Working with me can help you gain insight into how you become anxious, why you freeze, and find ways to deal with it.

  • Together, we will:

Focus on identifying your triggers and practicing how to calm you down from your fight, flight, or freeze response. This will help you improve your decision making, set and achieve goals, and handle what life has for you next with more confidence.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Most of the people I work with are between 20 and 50 addressing challenges in relationships, careers, alcohol or substance use, and other stresses of being an adult in the middle of a pandemic.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I use ACT and CBT styles and provide EMDR via telehealth. I offer a free consultation to anyone interested in working together.

  • More about me and my practice:

I am able to see anyone in North Carolina through remote therapy / telehealth. I look forward to working with you.
