About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

    warm, gentle, goofy, and curious.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I hope to create a space in which you can feel comfortable and safe to be your authentic self while we explore your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, beliefs, relationships, and past experiences without fear of judgment.

  • Together, we will:

approach the challenges you're experiencing with compassion and curiosity. We'll also explore how your past experiences, your identities, and the systems that you live in as factors that may impact your day to day experience in the world.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

are young adults or college students, LGBTQIA+, or ready to decrease pain associated with trauma.

  • I became a therapist because:

life presented many opportunities to witness the impact of trauma and marginalization - both in my own life and the lives of those I cared about.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

my office is within a 5 minute drive from UNC-Asheville. I also offer tele therapy to folks throughout North Carolina.

  • More about me and my practice:

Some interests of mine include pop culture/music/concerts, hiking and being outside, astrology and tarot, horror movies, Pokemon and The Legend of Zelda, Drag Race, various tv genres, and relaxing with my cats.
