I will always meet you where you are. I am a collaborator at heart, and will offer various treatment options, such as EMDR, to help you reach your goals. I am passionate about supporting people who desire change, yet feel stuck and overwhelmed.

Work together to reduce stressors and deepen your connection to yourself and others. And we will have some fun along the way! Therapy involves deep work, but there is space for humor, creativity, and movement in the process.

Are empathic caregivers at heart. They attach deeply to people, yet often their own needs go unmet. I help people shift unhelpful patterns, in order to create the authentic and fulfilling lives and relationships they desire and deserve.

I became a therapist because:

I have lived experience as an empath, and also worked for 2 decades in healthcare. I became a therapist to help bridge the gaps in mental healthcare.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Horses! We can have sessions in 3 places: at a gorgeous private horse farm (see pictures), in my soothing office in Avl, and/or via telehealth.

I offer therapy intensives, which are an innovative approach for those who are ready to take a deep dive into therapy in order to feel better more quickly. Intensives are an amazing fit for busy people or those seeking a more immersive experience.
