I am currently accepting clients Thursday through Saturday.
My clients describe me as:
My goal is to centralize your goals, stay guided by your values, and collaborate in defining what the therapeutic process is for you.
Something to know about my approach is:
I view therapy as a process of “being with” - being with thoughts, feelings, and sensations; being with both suffering and pleasure; being with the body; being with self and being with another.
Together, we will:
In session we will practice pausing, experiencing, redefining, and realigning. From that place of “being with” we cultivate trust in self and relationship, and unhook from patterns of disembodiment and disconnection.
I specialize in working with people who:
I support folks who are recovering from trauma (including relational, institutional, spiritual and religious trauma), repairing attachment wounds, navigating relationships, and experiencing anxiety, depression and grief.
I became a therapist because:
I believe the willingness to heal in the presence of another cultivates liberation across personal, relational, and collective spheres.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I am part of an incredible team of clinicians offering a breadth of specialties and focuses at Mending Roots Healing Center in West Asheville.
