Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, adjusting to parenthood, or navigating life in recovery, we’ll build tools to handle the tough things in life, stay connected to what matters, and take steps towards building a life that reflects the person you want to be.

I specialize in working with people navigating anxiety. This can include social anxiety, health-related worry, or the anxiety that shows up during major life transitions like becoming a parent. I also work with fathers who are ready to make meaningful changes and align their daily actions with the kind of parent they truly want to be.

I became a therapist because I know how hard it can be to feel stuck in your own life. This can include not knowing what’s next or how to move forward. I want to help people get through those moments, feel more like themselves again, and build a life that actually fits who they are and what matters most to them.

I’m a husband, father of two, and an endurance athlete. I know firsthand how hard it can be to stay grounded when life is demanding. I practice the ACT tools I teach. This includes showing up for what matters, as the person and parent I want to be, even when things are hard. My goal is to help you do the same in a way that works for your life.
