OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
Empathetic, down to earth, a good listener. I meet my clients where they are and show up to sessions authentically.
Something to know about my approach is:
I educate clients on what they are struggling with related to their mental health, utilize coping skills, and provide a space for clients to share about their problems in a non-judgmental space.
Together, we will:
explore themes from childhood and how they relate to current parenting stressors; identify stress points and learn/implement coping skills, safety plans, and self-care plans; and allow space to show up authentically each session.
I specialize in working with people who:
struggle with excessive worry, feeling down and depressed, are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, are parents or expectant parents, or struggle with low self-esteem.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy working with people one on one and helping individuals become the best versions of themselves.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer virtual therapy, so I am able to meet my clients wherever they are, as long as they are in a confidential area.
More about me and my practice:
I opened my private practice in June of 2023, but I have been practicing since 2020.
