I have over 10 years of experience working as a LCMHC Although not the only modality I offer, I am trained in EMDR and specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, PTSD, and low self-esteem.

Together we’ll work towards identifying the negative beliefs that hold you back, as well as the past experiences that have shaped your current struggles. It is possible to move past these beliefs & past events.
