About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Validating, warm, and direct. I create a safe, secure space for you to be yourself so we can build insight that leads to lasting change.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I balance validating your experience with helping you make changes where things aren't going how you'd like in your life. The treatments I use have been extensively researched and proven to be effective.

  • Together, we will:

Help you overcome the difficulties that bring you to therapy. You will learn to cope in ways you feel good about and achieve the goals most important to you.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with stress, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, perinatal mental health and relationship distress. I work with adults of all ages (incl. college students) and identities. I offer a safe space with affirming care to LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC people.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

As of April 19 I expect to have immediate therapy openings. I offer in-person therapy at my office and request documentation of COVID-19 vaccination.

  • More about me and my practice:

I have been practicing for 13 years and love my work! I am glad you found me and am eager to hear from you. Call or email me for a free 15-min phone consultation so we can learn more about each other and about how I can help you achieve your goals.
