My goal is to help others feel more confident, less anxious and become the best version of themselves despite whatever issues or challenges life might be hurling at them.

I specialize in working with people who:

are struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, managing life transitions whether it's college, relationships, career/work issues, self-esteem issues and those who have physical health goals they would like to work on.

I became a therapist because:

my H.S. guidance counselor pretty much saved my life (due to home situation) and I felt the need to help others as she helped me.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Currently sharing a small office space, but looking to open a Wellness Center in the Triangle shortly that will incorp mental/physical health services

More about me and my practice:

I'm currently in the process of adding on additional staff of therapists, life and health coaches. We do offer insurance based therapy as well as private pay coaching and therapy. We do provide evening and Saturday appts as well
