My approach is collaborative and try to maintain an environment where you can feel comfortable being you. I typically utilize IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed approaches, Existential Therapy, and Somatic Processing.

Together, we will:

We will work together to build a space that feels right for you and gives you the room to explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. You know you better than anyone else, and my role is to support you in your exploration of self.

I specialize in working with people who:

My focus is adults with struggles finding balance in life, and/or, a history of trauma, low self-esteem, struggles with perfectionism, struggles with shame, intergenerational trauma, or a history of religious/spiritual trauma or oppression.

I became a therapist because:

I want to help build a space for people to navigate and process their life experiences and perspectives and come out the other end feeling fulfilled.

I like to create an environment where you get to take the lead and feel safe to provide open and honest feedback about your therapy process.
