During our initial sessions we will get to know each other, and I will learn more about what you hope to gain from therapy. From there we will set goals and collaborate towards your growth and healing.

After spending most of my adult life experiencing the highs and lows and in betweens of the corporate world, I realized I needed something more real and impactful, focused on the unique connection between two humans.

Located in uptown Charlotte, my space is cozy, colorful, and comfy, reflecting aspects of myself in a way that supports openness and authenticity.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent 20+ years working my way up the corporate ladder as a content strategist, helping brands tell their stories. This continues to inform my work, as I believe at heart we are all storytellers.
