About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

down to earth, easy to talk to, and humorous. I believe the client is in charge of sessions and my role is to support and reflect your goals

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I work with people with traits of perfectionism to find a balance in supporting your continued strive for excellence and goals, while also holding space for mistakes, mess-ups,and faults and recognizing these as being an essential part of growth, too

  • Together, we will:

work through any fear on the court or field, an obsession with food and exercise, sadness and guilt for taking time off or resting, difficulty in receiving feedback without feelings of rejection, or confusion about who you are outside of competition

  • I specialize in working with people who:

identify as athletes, performers, and all-around high achievers. Those people that have felt like their best has never been good enough, but want to change that narrative.

  • I became a therapist because:

I coached college volleyball for 6 years and noticed a gap in care for athletes, so I wanted to offer a nonjudgemental and understanding space

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

From the comforts of your bedroom, office space, dorm room, or even your car. Teletherapy is convenient and private .

  • More about me and my practice:

I have a passion for working with athletes and those involved in other competitive atmospheres because I was a collegiate volleyball player myself and then a coach and realized their was need for people who "get it"
